Do you walk around Louisiana and think more people should be out of jail?

Have you looked up Louisiana's rankings with regard to violent crime, murder, the numbers of criminals free to commit crimes with long criminal histories, over the last few decades? Louisiana needs more incarceration. There's a reason Louisiana's incarceration rate has been so high for years now... and contrary to what you and your fellow libs believe about "muh The New Jim Crow," and "racism," the numbers are completely warranted. And they should be higher. Louisiana needs to be utilizing the death penalty frequently too.

Most of you can’t see the big picture. The long term significance. Ever watch the movie Idiocracy? The longer we keep these idiots in prison, the less kids they have. The less burden on the state in the long run. These idiots just go to jail and when they get out, make several kids with different women. You think the kids are amounting to much? Highly likely they become convicts themselves. It’s statistically proven. The state comes out better in the long run.
