It's technically not an overthrow of the government, if it's empowerment of the government to act Etatist and punish all those who would disagree.

The most basic and vital liberty is the First Amendment. The Second Amendment provides the liberty and right to protect the first amendment.

We've already seen the 1A and 2A greatly trampled over the past three decades. More recently, we've seen the Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Amendments violated across the board for conservative activists and one specific former President who is a shade of tangerine.

There's a precedent being set here that few are talking about. It's scary. If they'll weaponize infinitely funded lawfare to initiate a highly coordinated takedown against a former and possibly future POTUS, what will stop them from doing it to us?
