I'm not a customer.
Nor a shareholder.

I have no clue what you are referencing.

He's referencing poor corporate leadership.
In fact, that is the issue w/ SBUX.

Starbucks CEO, Laxman Narasimhan, claims inflation is responsible for SBUX underperformance. Meanwhile, other food/svs sector comps ( e.g., Chipotle) are weathering inflation just fine.

Here's the deal. Narasimhan is fluent in English, but it is not his first language. Likewise, he understands US business and culture, but his foundations are foreign. So when he faces delicate issues requiring nuanced US social intellect with excellent communication skills, such as a Palestinian bent in elements of his newly unionized workforce juxtaposed w/ Starbucks Jewish corporate foundations, he simply isn't the best person for the role. If his organizational skills or vision made up for that lack, he might be okay. But they don't.
