Here's my point. Some people would argue that you should send your kid to Hillsdale College over somewhere like USC or Northwestern, which have highly recognized engineering degrees, because of the culture.
But if my kid (and I do have one doing this right now, though at an SEC school), wants to go directly into an engineering major, they can do that without the BS that's involved with some sort of Hillsdale pre-engineering program or doing some sort of "partnership program".
My kid can attend LSU, go straight into the College of Engineering, fully accredited, and get their shite done.

Exactly what my kid is doing at A&M. Only morons would send their kids who want to be engineers to Hillsdale.
