It would resonate with me if it really meant 100% American made.
I worked with a manufacturer in the U.S. that touts making products here in the states. We tried to get a software project with their IT department that they ended up offshoring due to cost. Needless to say all their sunshine pumping about being American made still has cracks in the seams. And yes I'm still bitter about losing the project.
