This show is top-tier video game adaptation. Makes me want to replay the games for the 100th time.

Hope they do Bioshock next.

Never was crazy about the games but the first two episodes were excellent.

Having only played Fallout 4 for a week or so and got side tracked when Starfield came out, the look and feel of the show is spot on. I agree with everyone on that. I made it though about 6 episodes yesterday and will finish the last two tonight. All-in-all, this is one of the best adaptations I have seen of a video game. If I have to be honest, Wayne Goggins is making this show but everything else is strong in it too. My only fuss is every time I hear The Ghoul, I hear Baby Billy Freeman which makes it even better....

Amazon there is a less in this for you. Spend less money on an adaptation and be more faithful to source material and people will love it. Just gauge the reaction to Fallout versus Rings of Power.

I play the Fallout 4 game and love it.
Watched the first two episodes of the new Amazon TV series and I like it.
I would have preferred that it stayed closer to the storyline in Fallout 4 but it is well scripted none-the-less so far.

While I agree on the story, Fallout 4 has the most stuff to do even while ignoring the base building which I never do.

I’ve played through it several times

I would have not thought anyone could do Bioshock justice, but after seeing this show?

You KNOW they got writers and other people involved who not only knew the lore, but RESPECTED the lore and legitimately LOVED the lore.

Like how the writers for the MCU were up until Endgame. Those writers legitimately loved the characters and the lore.

This is going to give Walton Coggins so much opportunity to chew bubble gum and kick some arse.

And he's all out of bubble gum.

His resurrection scene was awesome.

I played Fallout 3, Vegas, and 4. They are doing a great job sticking to the aesthetic.

Same. I’m just one episode in and I expected to hate it, but it perfectly captures the Fallout universe.

BioShock is the latest video game to get a live-action adaptation after Netflix confirmed that a film is currently in the works and that they'll be bringing the dystopian world of Rapture to life on screen.

There's nothing wrong with enjoying any of the Fallout games.

I remember when everyone and their mom would shite talk Fallout 3 after New Vegas came out, and they wouldn't even hear it when you pointed out that Fallout 3 was being built on a new engine, and New Vegas used the same engine and could focus on other components.

In other words, without Fallout 3, there is no New Vegas.

The only reason the show got made is Nolan came up with a storyline not related to the games. Todd Howard explicitly stood firm on not adapting any of the specific game storylines and locations

I like Fallout 4 but the storyline and game is my least favorite of 3, New Vegas, and 4. I like the direction they took. It's almost like getting a new game.

I know it's popular to talk about New Vegas. But I didn't even complete it once.

I completed 3 several times. We take open world games granted for now, but when 3 thrusted you out from the vault and into the open world...and you could go ANYWHERE, it felt pretty exciting at the time.

That's hilarious considering what they did to the NCR and subsequently the entire Fallout: New Vegas game.

This is ironic, why are you so upset about me pointing out that the show runners cast a tranny and the writers wrote dialogue to identify the tranny?
