I'll venture a guess that those who imagined this 'Black Anthem' don't want Whites to stand, the want them to kneel. And that not standing/kneeling will be a sign of basic personal and racial disrespect.
Many Blacks are emersed in ego-based mind games re innate self-worth, self-esteem, inferiority complex as related to White history of accomplishment...etc., ad infinitm. That psychotic hunger can never be satiated by bringing their 'competitors' down, but only by dropping the ego stuff and embracing honest and loving values.
Of course, the whole infectious, competitive re attention, status and relative affluence, and the pernicious Narcissistic and vain culture that is the current American ethos is not restricted to Blacks or any Group. The 'Cain and Abel' narrative is basic human nature and unmerciful in wreaking havoc on spiritual personal and societal peace and prosperity.
That said, government-coerced 'equality' is 'fool's gold'. Such does not exist in 'Heaven' or on Earth. Maybe it does for whomever/whatever is riding around in those UFOs as they are way 'ahead' of us.

"Divide and conquer" .. it's playing out right before our eyes. I don't know if I've experienced our country being as split apart as it is right now. It ended with, " one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all".
It a logical and reasonable conclusion to say that one nation can only have one national anthem.
If there are more than one, we are no longer one nation.
This is the deliberate path the globalists, using the woke agenda, have put us on.
The reason is to further divide and destabilize America so the new world order can be achieved.
It would not be possible with a free and united America.
The sheep need to wake up.

They'll never come out and say it and will probably deny it to themselves but if it happened, they'd be happy with the results.
Most hard-working black people in this country don't give 2 shits about a black national anthem. The ones I know and work with say this is a step in the WRONG direction.
Most Native Americans feel the same regarding sports mascots. They know they have much bigger issues in their own communities.
As usual, it is the white guilt-ridden liberal who pushes these things.

Yes .. I remember well, standing and pledging allegiance to the flag, right hand over heart, as a child in elementary school .. for me early-mid 60's ... my how far our country has fallen since then .. very sad.
