Yes, he can run. He just can't be elected. From a constitutional standpoint, it would be interesting to see how that all worked out.

There’s nothing in the constitution that says he can’t run again in 2028. The guy is in incredible shape for his age and as sharp as ever. I think he would be the best candidate to run in 2028 since Deadbeat DeSantis showed his true colors this election.

In 2007ish, I remember the kook fringe of the left being afraid GW Bush was going to change the Constitution or issue some Executive Order either cancelling the 2008 Election or allowing himself to run for a 3rd term.

Well, I heard on DailyKos that when Trump wins in 2024, he's going to build a wall around The White House and instill his own select Army Rangers and Navy Seals around key security points to keep anyone out that may try and remove him.
Then he will begin issuing Executive Orders to crown himself King Of The Universe, even over alien life, and that these Orders can't even be undone by the US Supreme Court.
I'm looking for a she-shed to ship over to Europe, and live on 50 square feet of land, where I know that WEF will keep me safe, provide for welfare, feed me a daily balanced diet of insects, and not intrude on my life.
I just can't keep living like this in my parents basement. Yeah, that's what its coming to.
