Maybe, maybe not. Although the election is held in the House, each state gets only one vote, so, for example, North Dakota cancels out California. This would make heads explode, especially those folks who think the US is a democracy.

Now, the process determining how each state votes is not defined. It will be entertaining at the least.

Neither does Trump. It's nice that they are behind Texas, but they don't have an actual plan.

bullshite.

Now can he articulate a complex and comprehensive plan? Probably not. But one thing he will do within 30 minutes of taking his hand off the Bible will be to reinstitute the Remain in Mexico policy. Even if you can barely find two brain cells to rub together, you have to admit that's at least somewhat of a plan.

Jesus christ. Do you even fricking know how many active duty Army, Marines, and National Guardsmen there are? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that's a hard no.

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt...although I don't know why...and assume that you broadly define "commerce" to include tourism. Because if you want to eliminate international tourism to the United States, you're a fricking idiot.

“No, you want to suck off a man…”
Sounds pretty presidential to me.

RFK is a patsy. The left has him out there saying conservative things to peel as many votes away from Trump as possible. He will get a lot of the independent vote and a lot of the Desantis and never Trump votes.

Ironically it was his Uncle Ted who laid the groundwork for the current immigration problem starting in the early 70s.

However, this board keeps thinking that Mexico is the problem.....and they are part of it, to be sure, but if it were only Mexicans we could manage because there has always been criss border activity in that respect. The BIG problem is further south beginning in Ecuador and Venezuela....and Nicaragua. Nicaragua and Ecuador have basically said to the world, come here and we'll help you start your way to the US.

Of course, the cartels are all too happy to help.

Who do we think RFKs vote will pull more from- Biden or Trump?

Even if he pulls 60/40 from Trump voters that could be bad news

1965 Immigration Act. Completely upended US immigration and set the stage for the current mess.

1960s was where the Dems started the timers for multiple bombs (see also, Medicare, Great Society/Welfare).

He probably fishes more in Trump's pond. RFKs base is much like Trump's in that they are disaffected but they really hesitate to vote for Trump whom they see as a clown with a caravan of baggage. They don't like Biden and the Democrats much because they too see both as corrupt.

Biden's base of Democrats will not jump to the Republican end under any circumstances and they sure as hell are not going to have a sudden love fest for Trump.

I think if RFK gets moving and has a more aggressive campaign it could be bad news for Trump especially if he were to legitimately pull in 15-17% of the popular vote. Meaning he gets the Never Trump and screw the Democrats - Democrats vote.

Electorally Biden could swamp Trump in a plurality even if the percentages are close.

Kennedy could be a problem
