Not at all, maybe in Moscow and St. Pete. The only real money being thrown around is government money. Inflation is pretty bad on all imported items like machine tools, like parts for blown the phuck up refining processes, or processes which were already idle due lack of Russia having a clue how to recreate Western engineering technology they installed in refineries over the last 20 years.

14 year olds can now work in Russian munitions factories as well.
