You can actually retrieve your state UI tax rate online -

If you do not have an account tied to your EAN/SID, you will need to create one, but this account will allow you to lookup your tax rate, file quarterly or annual wages, review benefit charges, and a few other things.
It is perfectly fine to call, but be prepared to wait on occasion.
If you did not receive your Annual Rate Notice (105 form - these are mailed towards the end of December), you may also want to inquire on which address is on file on the mainframe for your business.
