Hanko’s is the best aluminum boat. A little pricey though.
I just had to replace the fuel hoses on my boat. On the port side tank, I could idle but when I gave it gas to get on step, it would die. Once the hoses were replaced it worked fine. My guess is that is your problem.

I bought four of them and they work fine. Only problem was trying to find a replacement foot for one of the them.

Hanko's in Berwick. I bought a new 200HP Suzuki last year and I am very satisfied with service and the motor.
