Closing cost and realtor fee's to sell for just three years what's the advantage. It's not likely you'll stay in that area and then you'll have another rental that may require a management company. If you decide to purchase check out homepath.com for fannymae repo's....

Some 401K's have restrictions on loans such as only to purchase a new home can you get the loan. If you pay it off with a 401K loan the interest you pay on loan goes into your 401K vs to the bank. But if you only owe $50K your likely to be paying mostly toward principal now. If your interest is ...

What is the difference between line 2 taxable interest and line 13 interest? Is interest charged to owners for delinquent accounts seperated out of total exempt function income on "B" or sum totaled and not put on line 2 or 13. Is it considered Tax-exempt interest received that goes on line "E" ? ...
