They should show episode 3 in schools. It’s mind blowing how farmers are using technology to maximize output like that. Wow.

Overall it’s good. The end has the payoff you’re waiting for the whole movie.
My nitpick is that it tells the same story from three points of view but I did not find their points of view to be significantly different enough to matter.
Other than that… solid movie.

The fallout from all of this messaging-wise has been so frustrating. The bots and media shills are in overdrive, circling the wagons around Pelley.
Have they forgotten how far into the tank 60 Minutes was for Biden and Harris? Probably not, which is why they are propping him up as a paragon of journalistic virtue.
60 Minutes was/is biased as frick toward the left of the political spectrum and it isn’t even close. To suggest a correction wasn’t badly needed is complete lunacy.

What agenda? Their agenda literally is a ticking clock… just killing time as long as possible without doing anything at all.
That’s always the GOP priority. When in power, run out the clock and hope no one notices or cares at re-election time. Not in power? Vote no… unless paid to vote yes.

The Washington Capitals. Only been to two NHL games my whole life. Both times, just by chance… it was a Caps game.
I’ve never actually seen a NHL team that I care about play in person.

They should get Wyatt Russell to play Snake.
None of this is true.
There is no trans refugee crisis.
Trans folks are not fleeing red states in droves. Painting it as an exodus is a lie. There is no data that supports the idea that Seattle is dealing with a “massive influx” of LGTQ “refugees.”
There are no rights being threatened in Republican states, for anyone. The entire Bill of Rights is valid for all.
There is no actual need for safety, civil rights protections or essential services.
LGTBQ people moving to a new place where they feel more comfortable does not make them internally displaced people.
This is not a time of urgent crisis for Seattle or any community.
People moving of their own accord is not a crisis.

It’s in real danger of being a flop, but not because of anti-American sentiment or the alleged American disinterest in the event. The under-reported signal that this will be a flop is ticket prices.
There are actually plenty of people who would like to see a World Cup game, myself included… but I’m not going to pay $800 for a single nosebleed seat in Houston for Uzbekistan vs. Portugal.
This is no way to grow interest in soccer in the USA.

This is what I don’t get. What makes them different economically speaking from any other person?
Would they not want to be treated as equals on economic terms?
Well, I already know the answer to that. Of course not. Like all things, they want to be the exception and to be received as special. But I would have more respect for them if they stood up and said… you know what… I’m here and I don’t need anything from you or anyone else.

Whoa. Wait a minute… so you want to protect all animals but not all animals? On what ethical grounds do supporters exclude insects?
Disease? Mammals and birds spread disease. Damage to property? Same thing. Level of intelligence? You’re going to convince me that a minnow is somehow more complex than an ant colony?
Hold their feet to the fire. Include the insects or you can pound sand, hypocrites.

Also… did we get stop motion? There’s one scene that very very much felt like stop motion at the end and I thought that would be so cool if it was
I noticed it in that scene, too. And I thought… holy shite. It’s stop motion… old school!
Even if it wasn’t old school and just an homage to it… it was so cool to see an appreciation for real movie magic.

I just saw it. Here’s my honest review:
It is NOT awful. It’s a good movie. Lots of action. It’s fun.
The only negative is that it really does not drive any greater (significant) story arc.
It really is just like watching a long episode of the TV show with longer action scenes.
But it’s a formula that works, and it works here.
If I had to grade it out of 10, It’s an 8. Was I entertained? Yes. Let down in any way? No. Would I have done some things different? Yes. Did I make the movie? No.

The Peace Center was amazing.
You are wrong, but I don’t say that in a mean way.
Here’s the thing. College is more than just what you learn in the classroom. You go there to be with other people and learn how to work and socialize with them. It’s where you go to get the polish you need to be in and manipulate society. You make friends. You might find a spouse.
Can you be a success without all that? Sure. College is just one path to help you succeed.
But to future-proof your career you need to be able to do the things that AI can’t do. Being good in a room full of people… being able to make a person to person connection… using social capital to get things done… AI can’t do that. You can sharpen those skills in college.

If you buy them from the store… be sure to check under the brand sticker for punctures or cracks in the rind. Two different times I found stores covering up damage with a big ol’ “Thumpin’ Good!” sticker.
Okay, sure. So we send our natural born American kids to break their backs working hard labor jobs while…
We import foreign workers to take white collar jobs and fill our professional schools on H1B and student visas and be our new upper class. Sounds like a great deal.

As a club sport, sure.
But we should not fast track this sport and slow play men’s hockey. Those kids are laying out some serious personal cost to play their game and they are good at it. LSU needs to back them more.

You know... I don't even care that they are Euro pros. I mean... we are paying all the players. They are all pros. European or not, it makes little difference.
I don't even care if they are older players, either.
The NCAA has made a mockery of this sport. We might as well stretch the limits of what's fair, tasteful, or possible to their greatest extremes, no matter how ridiculous it looks. If the NCAA doesn't care... why should we? Just put a winner on the court.

As far as television goes, he’s one of the all-time greats. A titan in TV history. His legacy is assured there.

How do I know this show is good?
When the priest was in the woods my wife (no pics) said out loud… “What are you doing?”
She NEVER talks to the screen. Ever.
Afterward, she denied saying anything at all. She had no idea she even did it. That’s how into the show she was.
This is a very good show.
