Bama, Ohio State, USC, Clemson, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Penn State and Tennessee. That must be the Urban Meyer list.

Coaches in line for that Tennessee job.

I thought Urban was too sick to coach any more. Is he contemplating making a run for Knoxville?

Perhaps not actively making a run. But he's clearly wanting to keep his name out there in case.

It’s a Top 10 destination. #10, in my opinion.

Maybe Numba Ten in Vietnam-era slang.

LSU was the loudest stadium he ever coached in. Bitch just doesn't want to give LSU credit.

He said loudest, not lewdest.

Knoxville, where a giant stadium full of genteel folks who clap politely in intense anticipation of another round of Rocky Top.

Uh oh.....chest pains are subsiding. He's coming back.

Yeah, he's drunk

Not a chance. They aren't in a hotbed for recruiting and their stadium needs some form of Facade to cover up the fact its a Rusty erector set. Fan base is there though.

LSU basketball and Tennessee football are both top 20 jobs in their respective sports.

Urban got his eyes on the Tenn job is all I hear

There are 5 jobs in the SEC alone that are better than Tennessee. Three in the Big1G, 1 in PAC12 and two in the ACC and two in the Big 12.

But , the number one school that made that lil heart hurt was BAMA ...

As of last year, I will pull for Tennessee as long as it doesn’t get in the way of my Tigers. That university wrote a check for my cousin’s (who is an LSU fan born and raised here in Louisiana) chemotherapy and stem cell transplant. It was right at a million dollars in medical bills, he would have never paid off. He got an IT job at Tennessee so he was an employee, with only about two years there when he became sick. Anyway, I said all of that to say this. I hated Tennessee with a passion all of my life. Since the days of Carlos Groves doing the hack a Shaq and Tennessee and LSU getting into a scrap on the court, but they extended themselves to help my cousin when they weren’t expected to and it lifted a million dollar weight off of my cousin and my family. I understand it’s fun to talk about them, but they’ve made me a fan.

Clickbait BS

Tennessee might have been a Top 10 coaching job in 2005, but the program has deteriorated into a shell of what it once was. The SEC East has been a joke for the past decade, and if Georgia wants a National Title, they'd better get it done before Florida and Tennessee get their programs back up and running.

He's throwing out some top water lures in a cove on the banks of the Tennessee River. Maybe he can get a gar or a grinnel to take a run at it. Who knows, ol' Urbs may just get the job at Crocky Top if he stabs Jeremy Pruitt in the back enough times to mortally wound his job standing among UT fans.
