Talented Tennessee running back Jalen Hurd will transferring out of the program, according to head coach Butch Jones. Per The Tennessean:
quote:

“I met with Jalen Hurd this morning and we had a conversation and I have a great relationship with Jalen. He has informed me he intends to transfer and I support him on that,” Jones said. “I am very, very thankful for everything he has done for our football program.”

Hurd is the third player to leave the program this season. Defensive lineman Danny O’Brien was dismissed from the team for a violation of team rules and wide receiver Preston Williams was granted his release to transfer.
Hurd is the 12th member of Vols No. 7-ranked '14 class to transfer or be dismissed.

Kid seems to be a giant pussy. He will never make it in the NFL.

Good move to switch positions. He will have a better path to the NFL.
