Four-star wide receiver Kiel Pollard from Moultrie, GA (Colquitt County) announced Sunday night via Twitter that he has flipped his commitment from Arkansas to South Carolina.
The Gamecocks have 24 commitments for the 2016 class with Pollard on board. Arkansas has 20.
