The only consistently bad experiences I have are on American.
Most domestic carriers are far better on non-domestic flights. Southwest deserves that ranking, but it's relative to expectations on Southwest (lowered).

Just flew Singapore airlines to Japan last week, I agree that the stewardesses are all hot as hell. On my flight there wasn't one that was under an 8. The service was amazing, and the food was actually good, with real silverware. They fed us 3 meals on a 10.5 hour flight, and also ice cream, fruit, and snacks.

Emirates is the only one of the top 3 that I have flown and it was so good it pissed me off to fly an American airline.
