Any of you guys with information about Oregon care to share your email address? I am making a trip soon and would love to get some suggestions.

You really can't go wrong with the wilderness areas in the Pacific NW.
this Although we hit both Portland and Seattle each for 2 days this summer the best times where the 4 days we spent on the Olympics Peninsula, Oregon coast and the Gorge.

We spend 10 days in Oregon last June. Also been to Washington (Olympic, Mt. Rainier) and Northern Cal a few times (Yosemite, Napa, etc)

Another vote for Chelan. Beautiful scenery, variety of activities on water or on trail, low key but not boring.

The ferry to Stehekin is supposed to be cool, I haven't done that but will eventually.

If beers and food are more your thing you are probably better off sticking closer to Bend or the coast.

Fly to Calgary, drive to Jasper, it will take all day because you will be stopping for the INCREDIBLE scenery every 20 minutes... In Jasper take tours and hikes from there spend at least 2 days, Drive back to lake Louise stay at the lake Louise cabins, hike to tea houses along the lake.Drive to Banff stay at the Banff Springs. Drive to Calgary, fly home.

If you go to the pacific coast of Oregon, hit up Cannon Beach. The sea stack rocks are so pretty.
In WA, go to Hoh rain forest.
