re: Travel agent for Disney or no?
Pretty much lays it out right there. Disneyworld is more complicated than a multi-national trip now

re: Travel agent for Disney or no?
First off, the only consideration should be using someone who specializes in disney world planning. No regular generic travel agents.

Their services are "free" in financial cost, but you lose some flexibility. I like to be in charge and on top of all my reservations. Things do change and I don't want to have to keep calling someone to make changes.

If you have never been before and are totally lost, it's probably a good idea. |

If you want control of your vacation and don't mind doing a little research, there are tons and tons and tons of resources out there for disney planning.

There really aren't any more secrets. The entire system is well knows and everyone knows how to game a system. You aren't going to get any special favors by using a planner... you are just having them do work for you, in exchange for less flexibility.

re: Travel agent for Disney or no?
I used someone for our trip next month. She worked at Disney so she knows all the ins & outs and her services are free to us.

Sure you can do it by yourself but why not use one of these free agents and take the planning off your hands. I told her what I wanted and she helped with things I was unsure of.
