Spokane to Seattle (by car)

Curious about this drive. From what I am tell, i can likely knock it out in less than 5 hours but i was curious if the drive on I-90 was scenic, congested, etc?

once you get thru the cascades (beautiful) and the columbia river gorge (likewise) its pretty non descript. but those two areas are some of the most scenic you will find in north america
depending on day of week and time there can be traffic thru the mountains...we sat in a traffic jam for hours but there was a wreck

Steven's Pass will take you through Leavenworth, which is good for German food...
