Going at the end of April staying at the Cabo Azul. Looking for fishing charter recommendations out of that marina not Cabo San Lucas. Also any restaurants that are a most in that area. Will go down to Cabo San Lucas for a day too.

Javiers at Cabo Azul is pretty good.
Flora Farms is 10 minutes away and a must.

There is a place on the beach that is laid back with good food and cheap beer. Think it's spinners or something like that.

La Forchetta.
Retro Burger Bar is more of a casual, sports bar atmosphere.
Buzzard's Bar and Grill is also a cool spot if you are down that way.
