Route 66
Anyone here start a road trip on the old Route 66? Seriously considering trying to follow that old route and just sight see, eat at some of the hole in a wall restaurants, and visit some tourist attractions.

re: Route 66
No, but I would love to. I have taken some road trips on highways like that, especially in the west. Went through a lot of little towns and places where it seemed like time slowed down a long time ago. Really like that about traveling out that way. The more I visit those types of places, the more I think it's the type of place I'd like to live.
