Anyone in PR? Was hoping for a trip this fall but seeing lots of rumblings about locals not wanting anyone from the U.S. I’m probably going to postpone it but am curious what the mood is there with everything else that’s going on. Still safe?

I'm heading there in a couple of weeks to visit in-laws. They are requiring a negative covid test from within 72 hours or get one at the airport. If you don't do it you should "self-quarantine" for the duration of your visit. It doesn't sound like there is any enforcement whatsover. Typical PR is very laid back. My in-laws indicate there are no restrictions on people from the US. You probably won't have any issues and things will not be crowded b/c the cruises aren't running right now.

Yeah it was comments I was reading this morning that had me concerned. Seems like locals are pretty upset the testing isn’t being enforced. Just got the sense things could blow up there soon. Thanks for the update.
