Private “Sleigh Ride” carriage in Uptown Nola? Possible?

I know this is the travel forum but I figured I would try here first. Our neighborhood friends are interested in hiring a horse or mule drawn carriage around Christmas for the kids to ride around town. Sort of like a local sleigh ride around neighborhood to look at lights and drink cocoa.

Has anyone heard of this before? Do you think the French quarter companies would entertain doing that? Just trying to decide on a starting point of who to ask.

We all agree it would be a great idea for our kids (all five and under), but not sure if there’s a company around here that would do that.
