No, not all during the same trip.

This would be during Mardi Gras, so early March. Prague will still be pretty cool during that time.

We were originally just looking at Prague but the cold has scared my wife off a bit. She found some amazing prices on flights for all of them.

If we did Prague we would likely do Budapest as well.

If we flew in to Athens we would do the Islands, most likely.

WHere would you go if you were going to choose those destinations, all things being equal. We just did a blowout trip, so I am trying to keep the cost down somewhat. So, for instance, I would not be going Michelin Star places in Barcelona.

But again, all things being equal...opinions.

Amsterdam will be cold and wet too. Spain and Portugal would be good as would Croatia.

Why I only travel during the summer... that plus my schedule sucks for the winter

Shorter days are a bigger downside than the cold IMO

Put me down for Barcelona. We were there for a week in the spring of 2016 and loved it. It is a beautiful city with lots to do and see. The weather was too cool for the beach, but pleasant for everything else. We were eating fantastic meals every night and only one of them was in a fancy Michelin starred type of place (Tast Ller). Stay in the Old Town, either in El Born or the Gothic Quarter.

That would be an interesting time to visit Amsterdam. I'd imagine that it would be almost completely devoid of tourists due to the weather being cool and the days short. However, some areas do celebrate Carnival, so there may still be some crowds.

You'd probably have a less rushed, more pleasant/personal experience, but, I'd imagine that some tourist spots would have odd hours at that time.
