Headed there for a week, with a place on the beach.
Our plan is mostly to hang out listening to music and sipping cocktails on the beach. Any advice about restaurants, bars, etc.?
Also, I am assuming that the water is too cold to swim. Any thoughts on that?

Geoffrey's is a great place.
For a quick bite, you can drive up to county line and eat at Neptune's net. Watch the surfers and bikers roll in. It's very casual and gets busy.
Duke's is good as well (on the water).

Haven’t been in a while (so not sure if it still goes on) but moonshadows is really nice, and they host a small party on their patio lounge with a dj. Nothing wild, but fun to go with a date or to check out hot girls.

Moonshadows is a celeb hang out. The water is always cold. Get a shortie wet suit

Urth Caffe is one our favorites. Fair prices and great atmosphere and killer food. They have a few locations.
