Let’s say one takes a Trip to Denver next weekend....

Arrive in Denver on Thursday and fly back Monday morning.
What would you plan for the weekend? Want to do some outdoors types of things.
Where would you stay.
I don’t want to spend much time driving outside of the city........no more than an hour drives.
And go....

We did this last year. We are big into sports so we went to an Avalanche game and a Nuggets game. Also the loveland ski resort is within an hour and it has a pretty solid deal for one day use. Like 100 dollars gives you a ski lift pass and all your equipment.
We did AirBnb in LoDo and it was awesome for the location.

Spend 1 day in breweries in Denver
Spend 1 day heading to Ft Collins for Garden of the Gods / Ft Collins brewereies
Spend 1 day heading up into Mtns (Breck).
Stay downtown and explore the bars at night. Could also do botanical gardens which is pretty good.

Golden has some nice places to hike around. Go do the loop at red rocks. 3-4 miles and beautiful scenery. Idaho Springs is a really pretty city with a pretty substantial mining history.
