International Reviews on the following Airlines? (Future Megatrip to Asia)

Just bored and doing really random research as my plans to see Phillipines have been shut down twice this year , may give next May a shot. Nex year if things work out, may do a megatrip now that I can save some PTO. planning to also hit up Seoul and Japan as well.
Thoughts on these combos if the travel board has flown these airlines.
A few options
1. Delta (of course that's my bias pick and MSP is a hub).
2. Korean Air (likely have DL as part of the way).
3. Asiana (would likely catch UA or Air Canada on the way to Incheon before taking them).
4. Air Canada (They've had some pretty cheaper deals)
5. American 787 Dreamliner - DFW to Seoul
6. Cathay Pacific (Incehon to Manila - via Hong Kong).
Just wanted the travel board's thoughts on flying overseas with them. Delta was very good for me when I went to Shanghai last year.
TIA

Cathay from HK to Manila is one I’ve done... then island jumped on Air Asia
Cathay is far and away better than anything US based and they aren’t even the best over there.

I think one of the intineraries was MSP-DFW (AA), DFW-ICN (AA), ICN-HKG-MNK (CP) and wasn't a bad price at all.
I've heard the big Asian carriers are all fantastic (ANA, JAL, KAL, CP)

Out of that list I’ve done Korean Air and Air Canada.
Korean Air is fantastic. You can’t beat their stewardess quality control.
I’d rather cancel my trip than fly Air Canada again.

Just a thought, are you intentionally going in May or are you flexible? Hottest month to go to PI.
Since you have more time before your trip then swing the extra cash and fly business class. Well worth it, especially on Cathay. ANA is a great product as well.
What are you planning to do in the Philippines? :

I'm pretty flexible, although May is my birthday, so I figured I can keep my streak of being away intact
I have family there, so I usually go every other year. Mom is there too.
I know the DL Premium Select wasn't that much of a price increase too from regular economy.
I loved ANA, but haven't done Cathay. I've heard great things about JAL too.
Thanks

Enjoy! My parents live in the PI and we really enjoy visiting the country also!

Good to know, thanks . I've heard Korean has great Stewardesses (but the IFE is kinda meh).
Didn't know about AC, so good to know.

I proudly fly coach. Keep that in mind. Korean Air has historically had a poor safety record. JAL is great, and has always been my favorite . Cathay is usually too expensive for me. China Eastern and China Southern usually have great fares and comfortable seats and good service . Don’t overlook them. Both have great flights from LAX to Beijing and then easy connections.

Also, FYI, Scoot is Singapore Air’s low cost arm. Flew them once. Somewhat tight seating, but for the price, wasn’t bad at all.
Have also done Vietnam Air, wasn’t a fan of them.

For the low cost I actually liked Cebu Pacific, usually do them in between islands in Phillipines. I may take them to go back to ICN or Tokyo from Manila.
