Debating on maybe attending this years BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells. Anyone ever been?
Looking at their hotel + ticket packages. I can only go the early part of the tournament as well. Will this affect my ability to see some of the bigger names? I’m a big tennis fan but never had a chance to attend a big event like this. If y’all could give me some recommendations for the area as well I would appreciate if.

Palm Desert is the best area to stay in.

Get good seats on court 1 and you'll definitely see a top player. Fed, Nadal, Djokovic pretty much play exclusively on court 1. There are day and night sessions. Check out the outer courts earlier in the tournament too.

ETA it just occurred to me that seeds get byes to 2nd round at IW. Please note!

ETA 2 restaurants I like

Perfect thank you. Should I be worried about the heat?

Wear sun screen. It's a dry heat
