Looking for recommendations for a honeymoon in Greece. Ideally we'd find an all inclusive on one of the Greek Isles. Never been to Greece and have no idea what to look for/expect so any advice is appreciated.
TIA

Greece is a great country but it is going through bad times economically. Even at nice resorts, the food is a bit lacking and, in some areas, the mosquitoes are out of control. Would you consider a cruise that visits the Greek Isles instead? Avoid the cheapies, but Holland America and Celebrity are very nice ships with good outings and quality food. You can find an itinerary that ends in Athens, and spend a few days in the capital if you like. The King George hotel has amazing views and is located in Syntagma- a bus leaves the area straight for the airport quite regularly.

I'll be spending 2 weeks there in May/June.
Athens, Santorini, Mykonos, Zakynthos.
No all inclusive. Found Air BnB to be effective. Honestly the hosts thus far have been the biggest plus for the whole trip. Most of them arrange travel and give pointers for things to do.

Athens.. Lunch at Diporto (no menu, The Man brings everything he cooks thst day and all the wine you can drink. And it's cheap). Dinner at Hytra. Get the 8 course with wine pairings.

I spent a week at Club Med Gregolimano back around 1990, and it was wonderful. It's a little distance from Athens, so I would book the transfer also though Club Med.
