Xochi
It’s a restaurant owned by James Beard award winning chef Hugo Ortega. It’s elevated Mexican. But if you just eat to make a turd, by all means go to Ninfa’s. The locals love it for nostalgic reasons, but it’s really quite ordinary.
If you want a great burger, go to Beck’s Prime in the tunnel.
If you want damn good bbq, go to Jackson Street BBQ.

Xochi is the probably the least remarkable of Hugo Ortega's restaurants in my opinion. I find the cuisine at his namesake and Caracol to be much more interesting, and something about going to a hotel restaurant just seems odd to me, but whatever.
Ninfa's on Nav is great, so shut your fricking mouth.

My wife and I were there a few weeks ago and enjoyed our meal at Pass & Provisions. Also went to Uchi and it was great too.
