going to Costa Rica in Feb

My wife and I and another couple are going to celebrate my 40th birthday in Costa Rica. We will be in the NW part of the country, an air bnb on Playa Hermosa. We have booked a deep-sea trip from there (I realize the fishing isnt as good there as it is a little further south). Anyone familiar with that area have any recommendations for other activities in that area. We have a couple of days free.

I stayed at an all inclusive very close to Hermosa. The fishing in November was awesome. Tuna, Amberjack and Rooster fish were caught all within a mile of shore. The water gets deep VERY close to the beach there.
I don't remember the names of the excursions but we zip lined, did a river boat jungle deal, night boat cruise off the beach. All were awesome. The zip line was an incredible experience.
We booked everything from a local tour guide instead of through the hotel and it was cheaper. That is a beautiful area.
