We had a rental car and went to Echo & Rig. Recommended it to others who have enjoyed it as well.

best sushi (and possibly the best meal) I've ever had was Nobu at caesars palace
Prime @ Bellagio for steak
Oyster Bar @ palace station for an off the strip locals favorite

other recs are mostly steakhouses- Stripsteak (Mandalay Bay), SW steakhouse (wynn). Vegas is the steakhouse capitol of the world.

Batistta’s hole in the wall. It’s an authentic Italian place on the strip. Wine, bread, and coffe is all included in the price.

Edomae Sushi is the best sushi I've ever had in my life anywhere. Better than Nobu, Uchi and Zuma. It's off strip in Chinatown, but so very worth it.

I’ve seen Prime too many times to not do it. May be our night 1 of 3 dinner.

Just got back back about 3 weeks ago.
Ate at the following restaurants:

SW Steakhouse at the Wynn
The Cut (Wolfgang Puck restaurant)
Giada's

Loved all 3. Giada's was Italian, of course. Really good. I like the Cut over SW, but my friends liked SW over The Cut. Both steakhouses and great wine lists.

Thanks for the tips everyone. Headed from Friday to Tuesday. Also, what’s a good place to watch the LSU game on Saturday?
