Getaway trip for week of Mardi Gras....

The wife wants to stay at an all-inclusive on one of the Caribbean islands during Mardi Gras week. Any quick recommendations from anyone that has stayed at a nice, layed-back all-inclusive with blue water and white sand?

As much as people like to bash Sandals, they really do have their shite together for stuff like this. They are perfect for last minute pack and go trips.

Any of the Couples resorts on Jamaica. We stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril, would go back in a heart beat.
