Finally introduced service to BOS from MSP and considering taking them over Delta based on price. How would travel board rate them compared to the other airlines? TIA

Haven’t flown with them in a couple years but they had the best cookies. Flight Attendants were great. Always enjoyed flying with them when I was making trips to S. Florida and Colorado routinely

ETA: was my favorite airline to fly with

Great airline, flew them NYC to orlando for new years with no issues. Tvs in seat in front of you, free snacks (blue chips and popcorners are very good), the wifi is completely free so you can TD or snapchat all you want, and the most legroom of the US carriers. I've got status with Delta and would still book jetblue over them for msp-bos

Best domestic US airline without question. Wish they had more flight options in my area.

I try to only fly Jet-Blue.

It tends to be just a tad pricier, but you get what you pay for (unlimited free snacks, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, sometimes they "forget" to charge for cocktails). I also like the flight tracker so I can see how close I am to my destination.

They DO charge for bags, though. But it is still, to me personally, worth a little bit more money for the increase in comfort. The seats are bigger, too.

It’s absolutely worth it.

I wish Memphis had these flights and am jealous of you all who have the chance to fly it

Only flew JetBlue once from Puerto Rico and it was the best flight of my life.

Granted I've only flown United, AA, and Southwest.

JetBlue is the absolute best domestic economy IMO. If they had a wide enough network I would exclusively fly with them.

They were great till they cancelled the entire flight from JFK to MSY and wouldn't put us up in a hotel and told us they couldn't get us another flight home till Tuesday, this was on a Friday. Ended up taking a taxi to Newark and flying home on Delta.

Pros:

Great Snacks
Pick Your Seat
Lots of Leg room
Chargers at every seat
Free Wifi
Flight Tracker
Free TV

Cons;

Cancel Flights

I had a delayed flight from NO to Boston and they gave us $75 credits for the four of us that I used the next time we flew
Plus with the notifications we didn't get to airport until later so it wasn't like we were stranded in the airport
