going to concert at UNO Lakefront. Wanted possibly stay in a hotel with some options within walking distance that is not French Quarter.

Bourbon street is not on the list

Really enjoyed the Queen and Crescent when I stayed there. Can get anywhere from there pretty easily.

Lofty hotel mate - happy to have them in SPG portfolio in a roundabout way now.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency about a month ago, really enjoyed it. Nice place, just a little confusing setup if you're there for meetings.

How is Maison Dupuy? I just booked there for a long weekend and was wondering if I'm making the right choice. It's an ok place? Location is good? I see it's pretty close to Rampart so that had me kind of worried.

I stayed at the Old no 77 a few months back.

Different vibe and the attached restaurant Compere Lapin is top notch.

Would stay again.

It's fine. We usually stay at the MD once a year for a little staycation. Nice little courtyard with a pool. I think the place was renovated a few years back.'
I love the location and rates.
Don't worry about being on the Rampart side of the quarter

man Old no 77 might be the one. Only thing i dont like is not have the window overlooking the city while we get our freak on

We have a concert on 03/31 at the Saenger. I will stay at the Roosevelt that night since its closer.
