Edmonton, Canada Recommendation Request

Hey board- anyone have any must sees, must dos, must drink/eat, or things they really remember from Edmonton? I am thinking we will stay in Old Strat part of town. Thanks in advance.

Captain there isn't much in Edmonton. I go there for business every now and then. We have a plant on the east side of the city in Sherwood Park area. That area is the only area I know anything about. There is a restaurant named "Joey" there that is really good. You can drive west into the Rocky Mountains to a resort city named Jasper. That is really nice and I recommend a trip up there. Other than that that's all I have. A really drab looking place with not much to do.

Thanks! We are going for two scotch tastings and to just hang out. Maybe a trip to Jasper would be fun. Hoping to see the northern lights.

Not much. The mall is pretty cool. It is massive and even has a wave pool.
