Best cities to work remote from?

Got a new job recently where I work 100% remote. I'm thinking of spending 2 months per year living in different cities (1 month each in 2 different cities).
What would be your top 2 choices?
Anybody have any tips from working remote in different cities before?

Is money a big factor? What’s important? And I’m assuming international, yes?

Digital nomad it up in SE Asia ... you won't regret bouncing around Thailand, Laos and Vietnam for a year.

Puerto Vallarta is great for expats. Tons of Americans and Canadians. Everyone speaks English. Spend Jan-Mar there. The weather is perfect every day.

I have a customer in IT that lives and works there.
For me, it'd be Salt Lake City (UT), Santiago (Chile), or Portsmouth (NH).

May one to give this one a few weeks before moving.
A South American city would be great while it is winter in the US.

Free State Project
2nd Best State to Live
No State Income Tax
It's basically Maine without all the Democrats.

Grown-ups can ride around without seat-belts or motorcycle helmets. The right to rebel when public liberty is “manifestly endangered” is enshrined in the state constitution.”

Interesting. Is Maine that liberal?
ETA: I assume Portland is pretty liberal, but the state of Maine? I assumed it was pretty blue collar.

Live in Breckenridge during the winter for a few months.

Janet Trafton Mills (D) governor (female lawyer). Susan Collins (R) and Angus King (I) as senators. King is a liberal. Susan Collins helped keep Obamacare alive. Chellie Pingree (D) and Jared Golden (D) are their representatives.
I like Portsmouth for it's location along the Atlantic and it's economy and politics. Great place to retire or work remotely.

Either US or International. Europe would be easier than most of Asia due to the time change.
Money is not a big factor.
Just want to experience some different cultures and maybe do some outdoors exploring.

I'd go South America just so you can stay on the same time zone (even though you may want to investigate the safety of it). I think it would be pretty awesome to work remotely from some beautiful part of Patagonia.

For residency purposes, Vancouver, WA area is a good choice. No income tax and sales tax free shopping is just across the bridge in Oregon.

Ireland, Galway, Dublin, Kilkenny, or Dingle were all great spots. Spain, Madrid or Tarragona are both nice. Edinburgh Scotland would be great. You really need to provide some idea of what you would like to experience; historical, urban, beach, mountains, etc.

Is extraordinarily expensive to live there.

I would consider White Salmon, WA. Right across the river from Hood River, OR. Same type of scenario, but without all the big city traffic and hassles.
However, if you are considering the PNW, then take a look at Bend, OR. Super cool place to live. Has hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, water skiiing, snow skiing, snowboarding, etc. Great restaurants, breweries, live music scene, etc. Just about anything you want to do. About 100k population, so not to small, not to big.
