Anybody else got a ski trip soon in Colorado and concerned about lack of snow?

I'm kind of in this boat as well. Leaving a week from today. Its more than just a ski trip (only skiing 2 days), so I'm not too worried about it ruining my complete trip, but it is concerning. Last year on this day Wolf Creek had 151 inches, right now it has 53 inches.

I’m heading to Salt Lake City on the 13th and I’m hoping that storm the second week of Jan is a great one. Telluride isn’t the worst place to be without snow, go hike & snowshoe in the best mountain range in the lower 48 if the snow pack isn’t deep enough to ski

Was supposed to be in Steamboat the week before Xmas but cancelled it due to the lack of snow. My next trip to CO is the first week in February. Haven’t pick a specific place yet, waiting to see what the snow does the next couple of weeks. So far this season the snow keeps missing CO.

We've been hit hard the past 2 weeks. It's not as easy as Colorado is for you to just hop up here tho...

I leave a week from today for Copper. They have 90 trails open, most of the blues/greens.

I would imagine the snow making will keep it open for everyone but the experts.

Going to Breck two weeks from today and it’s definitely looking like disappointing conditions. Last year my friends and I did Heavenly in Lake Tahoe and there was entirely too much snow

I was just up in Colorado from the week before Christmas. There wasn't much snow but there was enough for skiing. I went to Copper Mountain. A lot of the runs were closed due to the lack of snow, but the ones that were open had enough for it to not be patchy.

I know Colorado got a good bit of snowfall for a few days after we left but I haven't been keeping up with it the past week. My parents just came back from up there yesterday. I'll ask them and Duke about how the snow was and see if I can find out more info.

GFS shows a pretty strong low cutting across the Rockies a week from today. That would probably mean a good foot for the ski resorts, with better snows the farther west you go.

Calling for some this weekend and off and on all next weekend in Telluride..but its located in the southern part of Colorado, not sure about the Brecks, Aspens, Steamboats etc...but think they have had more snow this season.

Some hit or miss inches for the northern mountains. Some is better than none.

Summit/Aspen/Vail have struggled for snow. High pressure has dominated and when the storms have come, they've been in the wrong direction. That system next week has some good potential. Telluride as of now would be in line for a very generous dumping.

We have the most open terrain and snow in Colorado here in Steamboat. And it ain't much. Groomers are ripping beautifully though.

Will be in Breck first week of March. I'm hoping that between now and then the snow picks up

Headed to Breck and Keystone for Mardi Gras. Really hoping some storms start rolling in!
