Big12 is now rumored to start on September 26....the same day as the SEC.

It looks like CFB is playing a game of Allies vs Axis alliances. ACC's turn to choose who they will follow.

the ACC released their statement almost immediately after the SEC. the are squarely with the allies and i would assume they will be starting on the 26th as well

when is the team supposed to get together and start practicing, and when does the university start testing for covid? And how often? ...because I still believe the number of positive tests coming out of programs will be staggering, and ultimately what cancels/postpones the season.

It just takes a handful of players to test positive and have to quarantine for 14 days (no idea how long positive players will be asked to quarantine) and your team is at a severe disadvantage.

They don’t need to?

I think it’s gotten out for some schools or they’ve chosen to release them but they aren’t required to do so and shouldn’t be

Delaying to the spring is a dumb move, very good chance the virus will still be a big factor and then they’ll just cancel all together. And the high ups of the Big 10 and Pac 12 know this, the delay just buys them some more time and delays the mob crowd a few months.

They never intend to play a CFB season this calendar school year. Pitiful. Hope the SEC, Big 12, and ACC can work some sort of post conference play out and still call it the national championship just to flip the bird even more to those two conferences. Would definitely help with recruiting in future years.

THIS. That's a huge selling point.

Go to ohio stink, freeze your butt off, and have the season ripped from you at the first sign of trouble? Or stay down south and play for a contender that'll take care of you through thick and thin?

Have the bagmen standing right the frick there, too. IDGAF anymore

Any idea what our practice schedule looks like or what “fall camp” will be like?
