Wifi in the woods -- any options?

Will have to be in the boonies for a couple weeks in an area that has terrible reception. I am a business owner and will need at least a few hours of wifi/reception per day (if possible). Any products out there that will do this? Hotspots from cell carriers?

You're gonna have to have cell reception to be able to hotspot. I believe Wilson makes a 4G booster now that you hook up to your truck. Hotspot from that.
Your best bet is to just drive into town though

From what you’ve described, something like this LINK to portable satellite WiFi device is what you need. You can rent them for short term use.
I’ve used less robust type of devices a few years ago for satellite tracking and short message updates.

I’ll comment however that the linked item is only good for voice calls and text.
Stay away from pictures or general multimedia.
I dunno if they have deployed yet but you want a receiver that can patch into Iridium NEXT if your demands are higher.
It’ll still be subpar compared to even 3G cell connections however.

If you are going somewhere in America Obama probably had google fiber installed. Just tap into it.
Outside of that, cell signal or bust.
