What’s the best IPTV for movies and tv series on demand?

Just got into IPTV and I’m noticing it’s not too enticing for folks like my wife who watches regular network tv series more than anything else. Most IPTV Services don’t allow for recording shows, pausing, rewinding, etc. Additionally, services that offer video on demand are usually way behind/not up-to-date with shows.
So what’s the best IPTV Service that can accommodate this before my wife force’s us to go back to paying out the arse for cable?

Most IPTV services don't do on demand as that crosses into the definitely illegal area. For on demand I use Kodi with the Overeasy addon. There are some apks that provide on demand that don't require Kodi that maybe some other posters can recommend as I've not been impressed with the ones I've tried.

Maybe the easiest thing would be finding a good Plex share. Kodi would be too much to deal with assuredly. I dont know much about finding good shares though.

Use cinema or cyberflix. Not an iptv but its all tv/shows and movies.
