I'm switching from c spire. Do more or play more? There is a lot of ambiguity there. Would appreciate any advice.

I would look at Visible. They're Verizon's prepaid service. I've heard great things from family members who use it.

I just went from Verizon to visible which is owned by Verizon. It's been working great so far. Same service supposedly.

Do More:

50 GB of data before you get deprioritized (slowed down, ONLY when network is under heavy load)
Free cloud storage
Lower quality streaming video

Play More:

25gb before deprioritized
Higher quality streaming video
Free Apple Music

Sort of a “you’re choice” but Most people go with Play More unless they are heavy heavy data users.

I'm on Verizon prepaid (not visible, but direct from Verizon). I was on Verizon postpaid previously and I do not notice a difference

I might have to check out Visible. How are they about flashing your own ROM and using IPTV (which streams at 1080p)?

We’ve had Visible for a few months now. 99% of the time it’s great. However, when in a busy area (like shopping on the Saturday before Christmas), it’s almost unusable. We are paying half as much as Verizon, so it’s still worth it for us.

Verizon customers are prioritized over you.

When I signed up I'm pretty sure they were doing some sort of special that I couldn't be throttled. Working pretty good for me. Verizon was like $100 per month. Now I'm down to $40 plus a $100 gift card. I don't stream TV anyway. It works fine for music.

The non unlimited Verizon prepaid has a really cool feature most companies don't offer. If you go with "16gb month" plan, you'll get 16gbs of data that can be used as a hotspot as well.

Literally cannot find this on any other plan. If you pay for 16gb of hotspot you'll pay more than the monthly plan itself for most prepaid or post paid plans.
