Security camera setup for small store - recommendations needed

Can anyone recommend a security camera setup for a clothing store. Would only need to probably two cameras for the 1500 sf or so that needs monitoring. Looking for something with good definition, recordable, and viewable from phone. Ease of installation is a big plus too!
There are so many brands and options, just trying to get a decent setup. Thanks

Look on the Tech Board--there are threads about security cameras.

How much theft is occurring today? Get you 2 wide angles cameras covering the store and one in front of the changing room.
Who is monitoring? No one is going to stare at a camera all day looking for theft. Or they won't be effective. There are various behavior based intelligent software that may be effective in identifying theft but I'd use RFID tags to catch people if you have common theft problems. Otherwise go with "harder target" principles and scare criminals away with lots of obvious cameras and signs. Even put up fake RFID scanners.

Might have been a little misleading with "security" camera. We don't have a big theft problem but would like to be able to log in remotely to see how the store looks and just generally check on the place.

Sounds like Canary All-in-One Home Security Device is what you may be looking for. You can get camera from Amazon for around $150 each. Download the free app. Basic setup using your smartphone, and you can monitor from anywhere.

There's been several posts stared regarding this topic. What is your budget? Are you able to run wires yourself or will tou need someone to install amd configure for you?
I recommend a PoE system so that only 1 wire has to be run per camer. I installed a Lorex PoE 8 channel NVR earlier this year and am very impressed.

Sidebar:
If I wanted 1 camera for my front porch, what should I go with?
I'd like to be able to watch it on my phone and on my Smart TV (so I guess an app?).
Don't want to spend more than a couple hundred bucks if possible. I can do the wiring myself I believe.
ETA:
Are there any wireless ones? If so, how often do batteries have to be replaced?

I got the NVR800 series device with the 2mp hd cameras...my original purchase came with 6 cameras (bullet) and i just ordered 2 more to complete the system since I will need 1 more camera. I bought the last 2 through amazon because they were sold out on lorex's website. They have the motorized vari-focus cameras, but i just didn't feel the need for home use.

Nice - thanks.
Do you recommend all bullet style cameras versus some bullets and some domes?

I helped my brother in law set up one like this a few weeks ago... picture quality is great and very easy to set up. CAT5 cable to each camera.
Looks like a good option

The bullets can be used outdoors, but the dome version needs to be in a climate controlled area... I would prefer the dome version if it is indoors with PTZ capabilities.
