Philips Hue Ambiant - Multi Colored One Bulb never cuts off

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have to reset the damn hub and unscrew the lights and wait before it goes back to normal. Since I am only testing in my room with 4 bulbs, I cant imagine having to do this for more lights with a new house. Cant find the solution. Is it possible I have a bad bulb? Only happens every so often.

I had one that would turn off and on by itself randomly call customer service they will ask for serial # on bulb and send you a new one
