Post your case/custom ROM. I just ordered the graphite 128gb. Coming from a Moto X Pure. Go!!

I've already ordered 3 cases to try, and am looking at the custom wood skin made by toast.

Cases are:

Spigen rugged armor
Verus high pro shield
Spigen Neo hybrid EX

As for ROMs, there are a ton. Pure Nexus Project looks like my go to ROM. May look at others.

64GB Graphite

Spigen Thin. I didn't want a case but it is too slippery. I like this one.
Yoozon Tempered Glass Screen Protector

Still running stock here.

Cases tried so far:

-The basic (not carpet inlay) Google Adopted case. Pretty good, if boring.
-Spigen thin fit. Nice, but got dings on the edge within a week of use.
-Pleson clear. Not sure why i got this. It's fine.
-Spigen rugged armor. Current use.

Are any of you having any frame bending issues specifically around the power/ volume rocker buttons?

Verus case, Cataclysm rom, Franco kernel.

Been running cataclysm since my old nexus 5. Fantastic rom, super stable.

How do you like the Verus? Is it the revised version with better cutouts?

I love it. On my n5 I had a spigen slim fit and this is very close to it. The 6p is slick as hell and I would have surely dropped it. This case is really slim, hardly adds bulk and sort of has an edge around it making it easier to grip. No issues with cutouts.

Nexus 6P and project Fi and no bending or other issues, and I don't put mine in my pants pocket to avoid this very thing. Using the Spigen Tough Armor case and I like it a lot.

Mines still in top notch shape, and I guarantee you that I'm rougher with my phone than 90% of people

Agree. I work outside all day and am hard on phones. When I'm up and walking, phone is in back pocket. Move to front or hold when I sit. Non issue for me

can confirm, mine is solid around the edge buttons.

i think there were a few weak batches of 6Ps, but if that happens you can always just RMA the phone.

Just got an email that it shipped. I'm stoked. I'm also looking at slickwraps or dbrand wraps to skin the back.

I rock mine naked with a glass screen protector and a dbrand skin.

I have a cheap, clear case somewhere in case I went fishing or somewhere the phone might be in danger.

Been reading the Cataclysm thread on XDA. This might be my exact setup. Does the Cataclysm ROM have Android Pay working? Not that I ever used it, just wondering since it has been a headache for the development community.

Yep. Need the new systemless root (supersu 2.65) and the correct busybox install and Android pay works NP, used it at Walgreen's yesterday to test.

Edit:

It's says the phone is on the truck for delivery from this morning (2 days early), but its after 5pm and not delivered yet. FedEx has come as late as 8pm, but who knows.
