“Maps” app on iPhone sharing pin not right location

All of a sudden my iPhone won’t share the correct pin location. When I create a pin and share it, it previews right but when you open the link, the location is different. I tested it out again today by creating a pin and texting it to my wife’s phone. I looked at my wife’s text msg and it previews the correct location, however when I open the link, it opens “maps” (like it’s supposed to) but the location is wrong. Any idea what’s going on? I use this feature a lot with work but unable to now because it will take people to the wrong spot.
