I've Been Hacked by the Commies - Russian Collusion?

I am pretty much tech stoopid.
When I go onto the internet each morning for the first time, I get a bunch of news updates from Russia Today (RT). They appear on the right side of the screen. Sometimes it is just a couple, sometimes it will be ten. I don't know how in the hell this started. Will a new pop up blocker stop it? How do I get rid of the commies?

First, download and run Malwarebytes
Malwarebytes
Second thing I would do is reset your browser.
Those 2 together will fix about 90% of issues like you describe.
