My phone notified me that my storage was full this morning. As I was deleting large messages, pictures, and gifs, my phone crashed and has been stuck on the black screen with the apple on it. I've tried the hard reset a few times, I've tried just turning off via the power button to no avail. If I hard reset, it just goes back into the loop of apple screen.

I do not have a PC or Mac to plug it into to reset it if that would be an option, all I have is a Google Pixelbook. Any advice??

Can tell you exactly what happened, your phone downloaded an update and was in the process of installing...with no room the install failed and phone is stuck in boot loop. Had this happen about 6 months ago. Bring to apple store is about all you can do. It's a 10 minute fix.

Tech guy at work was able to get it reset. Took 3 tries. I lost a bunch of stuff including contacts from an older work account that still had old contacts synced to my phone and a bunch of pics. My Icloud didn't have a back up on it some how...
